Our investment criteria is built around a primary prerequisite of capital and wealth preservation. This requirement allows us to ensure that high risk investments or those without reasonable collateral or guarantees will not be considered. For example, our Real Estate investments are usually backed by the underlying assets themselves, while our precious metals investments are guaranteed by the actual bullion transacted.

When investing in growth opportunities or companies we look for cash flow, liabilities of the company and assets and examine risks to ensure minimal exposure of our investments within those opportunities
